From the Host and Creator of UNSTUCK

As a hemorrhagic stroke survivor at the age of twenty-nine, Lori Vober is passionate about using what she has learned through her experiences to come alongside others on their journey. To persevere forward is a choice, and it is often easy to get stuck in the different challenges we face. Lori still struggles with health challenges and a left side physical disability from her stroke, but she has found that hope and joy coexist with those trials. We are so excited you are here! If you're interested in supporting our mission, consider becoming one of our 2026 sponsors or buy tickets to our upcoming events!

Abrazo Rehab Hospital

Spooner Physical Therapy

Reunion Rehab Hospital in Peoria

Abrazo Health and local leaders celebrated the grand opening on Jan. 28th, marking the completion of the Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building located next door to Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear. The 46,000 square-foot, 24-bed healthcare space provides a variety of outpatient medical services for the community and inpatient rehabilitation!

“We are committed to continuing to expand access to high quality care across the communities we serve,” said Hans Driessnack, Abrazo West CEO. “The design and location of our new Abrazo Inpatient Rehab Facility will facilitate a seamless transition from the acute care hospital setting to the next step in the patient’s recovery journey,” said Driessnack.

The new medical building will be the West Valley’s first purpose-built combination of medical offices and inpatient rehabilitation hospital housed in a single environment. The new facility will provide a broad range of rehabilitation services and care for patients recovering from various medical conditions to include strokes, neurologic disorders, cardiac conditions, traumatic injuries, and more.

“Built specifically to meet the needs of the West Valley of Phoenix, it is more than a building—it is a place of healing, recovery, and hope. By combining outpatient care and inpatient rehabilitation in a purpose-built environment, we are delivering an innovative building that puts patients and families first.”

United Hospice and Palliative Care

United Hospice and Palliative Care

United Hospice and Palliative Care

Early palliative intervention provides patients and families with the tools they need to maintain comfort and stability throughout an illness. One key advantage is improved symptom control, which can significantly enhance day-to-day life. Patients who partner with a palliative care service in Phoenix, AZ and beyond early in their journey often report fewer crises and a greater sense of peace. They also receive emotional and spiritual care that helps them stay grounded and connected to the people and values that matter most.

Another major benefit is improved communication with healthcare providers. Our team works closely with physicians to coordinate care, prevent unnecessary hospital visits, and ensure the patient’s wishes are consistently honored. Families appreciate knowing they have a dedicated team by their side to explain changes, answer questions, and help manage expectations. This coordinated structure allows everyone involved to feel more confident, supported, and prepared during each stage of care.
